Here is a II Congress Of The Socialist Unity Party Of West Berlin Programme for the Medal with Delegations of Brother-Parties on 25th May 1970. Certainly well wined and dined.

This example went to Stanisław Kociołek, First Sectary Of The Gdańsk Communist Party. Kociołek was later deputy prime minister and ambassador to the Soviet Union although is better known as the "Executioner Of Tri-City" (Katem Trójmiasta) these days.
