Kochubeevskij Region Federal Border Service Badge.
Here is what I presume to be a Kochubeevskij Region Federal Border Service Badge. It features the Federal Border Service colours and the coat of arms of Kochubeevskij Region and is of a heavy multi-piece construction with maker marked screwplate.
Additional information is as yet unknown but due to the location of Kochubeevskij (close to Kalmykia, Dagestan and the Chechen Republic) and the general nature of this kind of Badge, it is probably for 3 years service to the Federal Border Service during the mid-late 1990's.
