A cover for a Komsomol ID.
Which period will it be from? The badge was changedin 1950's I think, but when exactly?

Komsomol tickets were graphically changed in 1938, 1948, 1956, 1965/1968.

РКСМ - Российский коммунистический союз молодёжи (1918-1924)
ВЛКСМ - Всесоюзный ленинский коммунистический союз молодёжи (1926-1991)

РЛКСМ - Российский ленинский коммунистический союз молодёжи
КИМ - Коммунистический интернационал Молодёжи

Your cover must be between 1945-1956.
