Here is the Medal "Artist Grekov" (Медаль «Художник Греков»). Created by Order #370 of 30th May 2014. Awarded for personal achievements in the creation of highly artistic works of art with a military-patriotic theme, for organising the military training of artists and martial artists.

Here is an unissued Document - showing that it is awarded by the State Secretary - Deputy Minister Of Defence.
