Badge "Veteran Of The Double Red Banner Baltic Fleet".

I got this one the other day, a rather heavy (not lightweight alu) enameled badge. The bottom line says DKBF where I take for sure BF is for Baltic fleet. Above the star, as can be seen in the photo, are two miniature Red Banner, which further gives this badge to be Baltic Fleet. Now, what does DK stand for in this case? - And what was this badge for?

So the DK is just "Double Red Banner"? Oh. Should have thought of that myself - but it would have been more obvious if it had said DKZ in that case.

A friend of mine who served in the Baltic Fleet (Naval Infantry) 1987-1989 wore this badge. In all of the photos I have of him in uniform, this badge can be seem just above his left breast pocket. He says it wasn't awarded for anything in particular; just an authorized badge at the time. Maybe an anniversary badge?
