Medal "For Service In Special Forces MVD PMR "Dnestr".

And last, for now, the Medal For Service in Special Forces MVD "Dniester" and ribbon bar. Note this is a numbered award (0008 on back). The colours used here- light blue and yellow- are colours frequently used by the Russian VDV (airborne) and there may well be a connection. This is one of very few medals in my PMR collection whose ribbon does not contain the all too familiar red and green.
