Looks authentic, but I dont think it is a "prize" medal, as the seller describes it to be:

"oviet Union Ministry of Defence Prize name of Marshall S.M.Budenny Prize Winner Medal.S.M.Budenny was 1-st Cavalry Soviet Army Marshall and was Commander of 1-st Mounted Army in 20-s. Original. Made by Moscow State Mint in accasion 100-th Anniversary of S.M. Budenny" .
