Georgian 50th and 60th Anniversary of the KGB badges on original awarding cards.

Excellent!:thumbsup Is the 60th pin or screw back? What about the metal used in the 60th?

Both are pinned to the card and metal for both is aluminum.

It is another example of the 1980s KGB awards being far more subdued or low-key compared to earlier times when the KGB was still a well respected (or at least feared) entity. Their reputation was waining as was public opinion with them by the time the second award was issued, but this is a matter for discussion elsewhere.:)
