Has initiatively participated from the first days in the organisation of the ensemble, permanent participant of all 850 concerts of the ensemble, serving 790,000 spectators.

To be awarded this long service Medal "For Combat Merits" he would have had to do 7 years service with a very polished Red Star on is chest during every performance. This explains the heavy wear to the silver.

Unfortunately I can't find any information on his ensemble at this time.
