Can you spot what is wrong with this photo?

We're gearing up for the 4th of July here in the US. I was looking at Michaels (craft store, here, in the states) and found this:

Oops! A Capture of Berlin, Defense of Leningrad, & a 20th Anniversary of Victory...

Ironically, in the first season of "Tyrant", which was set in a fictional Middle Eastern country, all of the medals being worn were Soviet commemorative medals.
