Personal Files unavailable?

Has anyone requested or received Personal Files from their researchers recently? One of my contacts has reported that these are currently unavailable because the department is being transferred. Can anyone confirm this?

I ordered a few in June but was told that "the department which content the Personal Files now in removal process" and was advised to ask again in August. At that time they were still moving the personnel files, and when I asked in October I was told the move would be finished in December. So I asked again earlier this month but haven't heard anything since. I'm not holding my breath...

That's too bad :( Have you heard this from multiple researchers or just one?

Just one... I asked two others but they didn't do personnel files.

Any update on this? Can we get personal file for officers at the moment or not?

Thanks. Really appreciated as I am in process of buying an officer group and would hate to not be able to get personal file (I know that his individual file might not be present even if personal files are accessible, but...)

I checked again a few weeks ago, and they are still not available...
