Looks to me like just the bottom row (with all those silly red ribbons) of what must once have been, before being broken, a very large and very nice group.

Well, I see Czech, Polish, Chinese, and fantasy East German. Several of the medals look cast and those uniform suspension rings do not bode well.

Shall I add the items descriptions? That may help.

"Soviet East Block Ribbon Bar with 7 foreign medals including Chinese Korean
War related pieces. All medals are original, quality pieces and in
excellent condition.
Including 1951 Anti-American and Support of North Korea Medal, 1951, issued
by the National Committee of Chinese People's Council. Brass, enamel. Red
star with gold sunburst and portrait of Mao Tse-tung in the center, reverse
shows Chinese writing and date '1951'.
Also includes medal of Sino-Soviet Friendship 1953. Gilded brass, enamels.
Shows flags of USSR and Peoples Republic of China. Medal was issued to
Soviet military and civilian personnel helping the Chinese during the Korean
War.
Also Commemorative medal of People's Liberation Army probably 1954s. And
one medal showing Stalin and Mao together, probably rare because I could not
find it in any of my references.
Also includes Polish Liberation of Warsaw campaign medal and Polish Medal
for Oder - Neisse - Baltic Campaign, March - April 1945 and an East German
DDR 20th Anniversary Medal.
All medals in excellent condition, perfect enamel on aluminum suspension
with generic type red ribbon. Note the red ribbons are not original to the
medals but Russian Generals sometimes had their foreign medals mounted in
this fashion.

worn postwar by a Soviet General.

Cross in excellent condition.
Includes 4) Medal of Sino-Soviet Friendship. Gilded brass, enamels. Shows
flags of USSR and Peoples Republic of China. Medal was issued to Soviet

Czech Medals are 5) Medal for 20th Anniversary of Slovak National
Uprising of 1944. In brass. Shows a man with PPSh submachine gun, with
mountains on the background, and dates "1944-1964". 6) Medal of the Czech
Army Abroad, 1939 - 1945. Dark bronze. Issued to Czech volunteers who
fought against Germany and Italy alongside the allies. A wreath with
vertical sword and Czech lion at the bottom. 7 & 8) 2 different styles of
War Cross of 1939-1945. Manufactured in Great Britain during the war and
issued by the Czechoslovakian government in exile.
Finally, you also get 9) Dukla Pass Campaign Medal. Issued to Soviet
soldiers who participated in the battle for this Carpathian mountain pass
(on Czechoslovakian - USSR border) in the fall of 1944.
Nice! All medals in excellent condition, near perfect enamel on aluminum
