Badge "Military Chaplain".
Here is the Badge "Military Chaplain" (Preot Militar). A decoration of the Republic Of Moldova distinguishing Military Chaplains of the Orthodox Church.
The award was suggested to parliament in 2005 but was not created until 2012 with the first wave being awarded on 25th February 2012. The design features Saint George slaying a dragon and is of multi-piece construction - considerably good quality in comparison to many Moldovan awards. This is example 002.

It's amazing what a little research can do.
Firstly we have one of the first wave in wear. About a 1/35 chance of it being #002. Secondly a close up of #019 with Document. Finally the first wave of the awards just prior to issue. #002 is seen second along the top line with its Document (now separated).
