Here is the Medal "For Merits To The Higher Institute Of Architecture And Construction" awarded by the Higher Institute Of Architecture And Construction, Sofia.
An exceptionally rare award of the People's Republic with c20-25 being awarded. The documented example in the collection is #17 and was awarded in late 1988 to one of the institute's founders and faculty heads on retirement.
