Can someone identify this badge and tell me about it?

Here is a badge I have been offered for $60. Can anyone tell me about it and if it is worth the asking price? Is it original, copy or what?

I believe it is a Red Guardsman and Red Partisan badge for the year 1932.
To commemmorate the 15th anniversary of participants in the October Revolution.

ok, so knowing what it is, I looked it up on a collector's site and realized after about 1 second it was a sloppy fake.

An original wouldn't cost anywhere near $60, if you get my drift.

I believe that this badge has already been discussed in another thread.
