Badge "70 Years Of The Bulgarian Communist Party".

Here is the Badge "70 Years Of The Bulgarian Communist Party" awarded by the party organs of the village of Batulija in 1973. This must be an exceptionally rare award as Batulija only had a population of around 100 and somehow I doubt everyone was awarded one.
