I assume it means she's Olga Fedorovna in Russian (so that Tudor is father's name, not a surname)? |

Her name is unique so she was very easy to trace. A Chisinau native.
Awarded the 50 Years on 2nd May 1995.

She was also awarded the Medal "60 Years Of The Liberation Of Moldova From Fascist Occupation" (and probably many others).
