Badge "Shockworker" For Excellent Work In The South Union Of Workers Livestock Farms.

Guys what do you think of this, any ideas?
And the Reverse with what looks like a hand Inscription.

It's a Shockworker badge from Kiev (Ukraine), Soviet period.

Reverse of the badge has writing in Ukrainian.

It says something like this: "For excellent work on South ..." - then there are some abbreviations that I can't understand.

The badge is dated Nov 13, 1932
