Hmm. Never seen one. The info on the web is saying that the organization and by who this medal was created for is unknown.
I am wondering if organizations like military schools and other organizations alike was allowed to create their own awards

Here is another variation with a mish-mash of the two previous designs.
Still unknown just who issued this Medal.
