Badge "Excellent In Light Industry".

Here is the Badge "Excellent In Light Industry" which was a follow on from http://soviet-awards.com/forum/sovie...-industry.html The functions of Light Industry were merged into the Ministry Of Commerce which existed from 28th January 1986 to 19th August 1987 and then the Ministry Of Economy And Planning from 19th August 1987 to 22nd September 1990.
