Few details are available. I doubt if it ever got beyond the prototype stage. I know that copies of design drawings appeared on eBay some time back.

There are a noticable differences among the various specimens that have come to light. I think we are just seeing diffent prototypes.

I bought them to a New-York bookseller on Ebay some years ago.

Cardboard 24,3cm x 15,5 cm
Orders are hand-painted an glued on the cardboard
