Correspondence Communist University Identification.
Here is a 12th February 1932 dated identification for the "Correspondence Communist University At CCU Named 26th Commissars" (Заочный Коммунистический Университет При ЗКУ Имени 26 Коммунаров) named to Ilina Somonidze for classes of R. Ramendik. I have been unable to find any additional information on this university but that can't be surprising if this is I.D. #32 and the institution is in its second decade.
