Unusual VDV dembel uniform.
I have purchased the whole uniform, but particulary interesting is the jacket: I have never seen such a remake. It's not about that cable isolation on the collar, metal letters or the badge (i think somethink like this badge was discussed on this forum before). Th thing is that the whole jkacket has been shortened! What's the purpose?

There is a button missing and the lapels are longer than normal VDV uniforms... Interesting. BTW, those metal "A" look more like cyrillic "D"s in the photo.

I think the short type of uniform was commom among these VDV troops, at least I have been told that here on the forum when talking about a similar jacket.

And if we are here - I have seen 2 more VDV dembel uniforms, none was shortened, but both had the collar remade in the same style. Was this something especially popular amongst paratroopers? |
