Badge "XX Conference Of Foundry Workers Of The USSR".

Here is the Badge "XX Conference Of Foundry Workers Of The USSR" which happened in Minsk in 1965. The Badge is made of aluminium and the top bar would have stated the position of the person attending. Unfortunately someone has gone to great measures to remove it.
