Technical Institutution Graduate Badges.
The same sort of evolution appears to have occurred in all these types of badges:
T1: 1970s - Made of bronze, 3 parts, hot-baked enamel. Screwback. Made by Monetny Dvor in Moscow. T2: 1980s - Made of aluminium, 3 parts, hot-baked enamel. Screwback. Made by Monetny Dvor in Moscow. T3: 6-sided version. As well as technical professions I believe these were given to firemen (and police?). Simon |
