It is a Latvian Komsomol flag commemorating the 50th anniversary of that organization.

As you may have guessed..I am not a collector, I'm sure this flag holds importance with someone. I would really like to see someone who can appreciate it have it. I'm located in Dayton,Ohio..can you suggest someone or perhaps an organization that I can contact in order to get this flag to someone who may want it. I honestly don't wish to make a fortune off this flag..I just want to see someone have it who can appreciate it. Thanks again!:)
