Lenin academy medal/badge?

This badge is offered on ebay and described as: "Lenin Medal which was awarded only for the excellent graduation of the university. The medal is engraved with the following: “For Excellent Graduation of the Academy”

The quality is quite low for a MMD medal. Any thoghts? Perhaps the medal was standart and each organization dedicated it differently by the engraving on the reverse?
