I know one guy in Moscow who accumulated couple hundred of Red Stars. He just buys them for few dollars from alcoholics looking to get drunk.
It's sad when you think about this - all those soldiers commited some heroic deeds during the war and now the price of their awards is just one bottle of vodka. |
