Hard-covered NKVD Identification Book, #23, issued to Boris Afanas'yevich Nesvitenko dated June 13th, 1941, nine days before the start of the war, as Senior Leader of Educational Disciplines by the NKVD Advanced Courses for Command Personnel (КУКС НКВД, Курсы Усовершенствования Командного Состава), Khar’kov, Ukraine SSR.
