Here is the Medal "Memory For 25th Anniversary Jubilee Of The April Uprising". Awarded by the Committee "Tsar-Liberator" in conjunction of the 25th anniversary of the April Uprising to veterans of the struggle against the Ottomans.

A good example of "organisational" awards going back over a hundred years and not being a modern idea.
