Comrade Verhovod from his day of arrival to the position of artillery master has shown himself to be disciplined, technologically knowledgeable master of material units of artillery. Always correcting, in combat in the region of Kirovograd despite enemy fire and aerial bombing he technically corrected incorrect weapons at the fire point, that provided uninterrupted fire activity of his battery Comrade Verhovod offered fire and active participation to the brigade's amateur fighters that was a great public work helping fighters of the brigade to perform their combat tasks.
