Here is the Title "Republic Of Karakalpakstan's Honoured Cotton Grower" (Qaraqalpaqstan Respublikasi'na Miyneti Sin’gen Paxtakesh/Qaraqalpaqstan Respublikasına Miyneti Sin’gen Paxtakesh/Қарақалпақстан Республикасына Мийнети Сиңген Пахтакеш).

This Title is the twenty-ninth highest award of the award system of Karakalpakstan and was founded c1994. This is a Type 1 (Pre-2009 script).
Notice the die break on the coat of arms on the reverse which is a feature of all the Titles issued late in the production run (the same die was used for the reverse of all the Titles so the break is on all of some)

The Title is awarded sparingly and for the following merits;

"«Qaraqalpaqstan Respublikasi’na miyneti sin’gen paxtakesh» - ja’ma’a’tlik, akcionerlik, diyqan, ijarali’q, jeke ha’m basqa da xojali’q tu’rlerinin’, ka’rxanalardi’n’, woqi’w wori’nlari’ni’n’, ilimiy-izertlew ha’m ta’jiriybe ma’kemelerinin’ xi’zmetkerlerine, sonday-aq paxtashi’li’qti’ rawajlandi’ri’wda ayri’qsha xi’zmetleri bar basqa da adamlarg’a beriledi."
