Daggers Identification please - The Soviet Military Awards Page Forum

Gentlemen,

Can the experts on this matter please help identifying these two daggers?
I believe they are Soviet, at least one of them has a date, 1978, so apparently from before the end of former USSR.

All information, such as if from the Navy (at least one of them seems a Navy Dagger), Army, the rank, the value, etc, is very much welcome.
