Badge "90 Years Of The Criminal Investigation Department MVD PMR".

The second badge is for the 90th anniversary of the Moldovan MVD's Criminal Investigations department and was made in Kishinev - again, according to the seller. It is very well made with four separate pieces making up the obverse. (Please excuse the flash marks.)
