Short description of personal combat feat or accomplishment
As a member of a reconnaissance group in combat near Mekhuv on 16.1.45, Comrade Koncheshvili was the first to rush the city where, with accurate firing from his tank cannon and machinegun, as well as the crushing action of his tank’s tracks, two enemy self-propelled guns, five machinegun nests, and 40 vehicles were destroyed, as well as two enemy warehouses and a field train were captured. By the next morning, Mekhuv had been liberated.
For exemplary bravery, heroism, and courage displayed in combat Comrade Koncheshvili is deserving of the Order of the Patriotic War II Class.
