Kremlin tower, rising

Here's a nice one. I put it here since I think it's just a patriotic piece.
It's a teeny litte fella; 16mm at it's tallest point.
It pictures the Kremlin Spasskaya tower (I think) with the sun rising behind it.
Brass and enamel, so I think it's older. It's got a makers mark but it is so small I can't make out any distinguishing features of it.
