Banner Of Labour Case.

Hello,

this case definately belongs to a soviet order, but I do not know at all for which one. It measures 14,5 x 7,5 x 2,5 cm and has a red cloth stripe at it`s back for stability reasons. It is stuffed with black and white cloth as can be seen at the images added to this thread.

Does anybody know, what it has been for ?
