Leningrad Higher Engineering Merchant Navy College Named Makarov Graduation Badge.

Here's a badge I've had for awhile; re-found it while cataloging. One of those nice little items I thought I'd share. Got it in Israel, as I remember. Anyway, It's from the Leningrad Highest Merchant Fleet Engineering School and was awarded to Benjamin Solovei in 1981. Here's the diploma, grade sheets, license and badge- the whole kit.
