I received the below email last night: The research services are closed because of the new regulations. It involves FSB and MVD. They started to investigate cause there are too many documents from the archive were posted on the Internet. From what I've understood it will be impossible to get UK's and UPK's cause it violation of confidentiality, personal information. The citations will be hard, but still possible to obtain. Anyone heard anything similar?
