Senior Sergeant Gymnastiorka war time?

Found this Gymnastiorka and was wondering if it was war time issue. I have some knowledge of these but it seems hard to determine whether it is or not.

The medals came with it and are in great condition which makes me wonder if they are a group and original to the Gymnastiorka. Only research would tell. The OPW is in the low 100,000 concave variation2 and the OOG is in the high 600,000 and a Excellent pontoon bridge badge which I have never seen before. Are they rare? Also the OOG is in great condition and I have never had one in hand with the clock tower in perfect condition.

Hope this could be a lucky find. Any comments would be great. Let me know if you need more pictures. Thanks for looking.
