Medal "65 Years Of Victory".

Here is the Communist Party Of The Russian Federation offering in celebration of the 65th anniversary of victory.

They must have run out of award ribbons to be inspired by as this incorporates the Order "Labour Glory" ribbon, a non-military non-patriotic war period award.
