Red Banner,311222,Secretary Of The Party Commissary,4th Zenit-Searchlight Division

Order "Red Banner" #311222 Type 3 Variation 3. Probably made late 1945 and awarded at the tail end of Stalin's rule. Mostly likely for long service and if my record on citations is anything to go on with it will either be for an officer in a logistic or laundry unit.
