Medal "25 Years Of The Main Clinical Hospital Of The FSB Of Russia".

The Medal "25 Years Of The Main Clinical Hospital Of The Federal Security Service Of Russia" (Медаль «25 Лет Главному Клиническому Военному Госпиталю ФСБ России») is an award of the Main Clinical Hospital of the FSB founded 1st March 2009 and to be awarded by Roman Viktorovich Bol'shedvorov (The commander of the hospital). The only confirmed awarding of this Medal I have yet found was to a singer who performed at the concert celebrating the anniversary. I'm sure the hospital has a complete record.
