Afghan Police Helmet.

I just picked up this really cool helmet that I picked up from a friend today. How do I find the manufacture date on these?

There is a circular concussion mark on the shell, which removed paint both outside and inside of the helmet. There is no dent, so I have no idea what could have happened. Also, the chin strap has been cut off of both sides.
