I just picked up this really nice grouping for the price of two of the anniversary medals.

For me, the most interesting part of the grouping is this booklet with photo. I have never seen another like it. What is it? Also, I think that it is really rare for an NCO to receive these type of medals. Please, I would like to know your thoughts on this.

The Combat Service Medal is really cool. NCOs did not receive this for long service, so it must be linked to some event... perhaps participation in Korea?

There are some blank form areas, but I did not photo them.
