It is clear and explains why a gap.
I agree, we probably are only 350 members, including those who just visited the site once, registered at that time, and maybe never came back. But, the truth is that we are something around 350 members, even if some are not so active as others... But, even if they come only once a year, they - somewhere - are still members. The gap between 350 and 400+ ? Your explanation seems logical.

As soon as you have delete these accounts at the beginning of next year, it will give us another occasion to celebrate again the 400th Member !!
Isn't it enthousiastic ?
