The Order "Ilinden-1903"/Орден "Илинден - 1903 година" is in honour of the Ilinden Uprising in 1903 and the award is a redesign of the 1953 model.
It is 71mm in diameter and made of silver and gold. The number of the Order, mark of purity of the metal from which it is made and the manufacturer's mark is stamped on the reverse.

Award critaria:

Prominent figures in the struggle for national and social liberation;

Political prisoners and persons persecuted, prosecuted and imprisoned for the ideas of independence of the Macedonian nation and statehood

Individuals, government agencies, institutions, governmental and non-governmental organizations who have contributed their special efforts in creating the sovereignty, independence, territorial integrity of the Republic of Macedonia

People for outstanding contribution to the state - legal and social development and strengthening community relations in Macedonia

People for outstanding acts and merits in the field of security and defense of the Republic of Macedonia, as well as international cooperation in these fields
