Railway Award Plaque 1925

Hi guys,

Any idea what this plaque in my collection might have been attached to? I really like the style of it and the language, it captures that early Soviet spirit well.

The text reads:

На добрую память от рабочих
2го Рабочкома ст. ж.д. Бердичев
в день 3го Окружного съезда Местрана
выдвиженцу рабочему на должность Предсоюза
тов. Шорову А.Л.
за умелый подход к разрешению вопросов
в пользу рабочих
призываем не ослабить свою работу
защищая интересы рабочих.
