Lohov, Vilen Konstantinovich

Here is a rather unusual civilian group to Georgian Vilen Loxovi/Lohov dating from 1970 to 1998. Other than being unusual there is unfortunately no indication of his profession.

His first Medal was awarded by Adigeni on 1st April 1970.
