Badge "10 Years Of The Aviation Base".
Here is the Badge "10 Years Of the Aviation Base", an official award of the Ministry Of Defence. The Badge was created to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the foundation of the "Decebal" Air Base at Mărculeşti on 27th May 1992. Only 20 Badges were made, so I was surprised to find a picture of it in wear.
